An impressive career can conceal many a sad story beneath. In 2005 she was first in the Torino Memorial race, in 2006, she won one of the Heusden and Ostrava racers.
Brandt relocated from Cape Town South Africa to Auckland New Zealand at the at the end of her teenage years. Brandt was discovered in Auckland by casting directors, and was offered the part of Naevia, in the Starz hit show Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. With producers Steven S.
